EAKC provides a quote for a yearlong kosher certification package
INSPECTION VISIT
RC visits facility to determine what would be necessary to implement kosher compliance, and reviews these action items with company
CERTIFICATION
Once all ingredients and production processes have been aligned with the EAKC requirements, a contract is signed, and the company is permitted to indicate on its packaging and/or marketing that it is under EAKC supervision
CONSTANT INGREDIENTS AUDIT

AUDIT
EAKC personnel make periodic unannounced visits to ensure that all processes continue to be followed
